More about Mary
Mary Witt is an abstract painter creating color, depth and texture in her mysterious environments. Raised by German parents, she was exposed to a lot of abstract art and loves creating it while listening to music, allowing the viewer to interpret their own story upon gazing at it. Working mostly with a palette knife, she works intuitively letting the process drive the art and not knowing the outcome or name until it feels finished. Making art all her life, she started painting in 1994 and has found her voice in this abstract medium.
